Leicestershire County Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their Children in Care Team. The role involves working with children aged 5-18, with the majority being older children, many of whom have experienced trauma.
The ideal candidate will be aspirational, understand the impact of trauma, and have strong knowledge of the regulations and legislation relevant to children in care. Experience working with young people who have experienced childhood trauma is essential.

Essential Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years' experience in children's social work
- Social Work England Registration
- Driving license and access to own vehicle
