Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and looking for a rewarding role in a primary school setting? Aspire People is currently recruiting a dedicated and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to work full-time in a primary school in Leicester.

The Role:
Full-time, Monday to Friday

Working closely with children who have special educational needs, providing tailored support

Assisting with both academic learning and personal development

Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

A dynamic and supportive school team committed to providing high-quality care and education

What You'll Bring:
Experience supporting children with SEN, either in a classroom or through other settings

Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt to different learning needs and work flexibly

Relevant training or qualifications (e.g., SEN experience, Team Teach, or other similar courses) is desirable but not essential
