We are recruiting for an experienced switchboard Receptionist who is extremely organised, structured and professional person who can demonstrate delivering excellent customer service for one of our clients working in Leicester and it does have free parking reporting directly into a Manager

As the Receptionist you will work Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.45pm, you will be on the reception on your own working on the main reception

As the Receptionist we have listed some of your duties below

Ensuring all clients receive a warm welcome and the highest quality service to make the best first impression possible

General admin duties which will include scanning, photocopying and other ad hoc admin duties

Manage all workloads efficiently, profitably and in accordance with the Company's procedures

Deliver an excellent level of customer service, managing and exceeding client expectations, responding to all ad hoc queries in a timely manner

Provide cover for team members in their absence

Managing the switchboard so all calls are answered in a timely manner and call transferred as efficiently as possible

Organising the meeting rooms and ensuring they are kept tidy and stocked appropriately

Arranging catering for any on site events, training sessions or meetings and maintaining stocks of consumables such as biscuits, chocolates and mints, replenishing as necessary

To be successful in this role we are looking for you to have an excellent telephone manner
