Your day-to-day responsibilities will include setting and operating Threadroll or Filletroll machines, with the goal of manufacturing high quality, right first-time products. The ideal candidate will be confident setting and operating Threadroll or Filletroll machines, and will be well-versed creating parts/components for high precision industries such as aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, nuclear, rail etc.Threadroll SetterJob Description

Set and operate threadroll or filletroll machines
In process deburring and Self Inspection
Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards
Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to

Threadroll SetterEssential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

Previous experience setting and operating thread rolling or fillet rolling machines (manual or CNC)
Confident machining high precision components for highly regulated industries such as aerospace, oil & gas, automotive, nuclear, rail etc.
Strong problem solving ability
