At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking experienced labourers / painters to join their Damp & Mould Team on social housing contracts in the Leicester area.

This role pays £31,000 per annum pro rata and is a 6 month contract (£15,500 paid in the 6 months and comes with a van and a fuel card.

Duties and responsibilities:

The D&M Labourer Duties will include:

• Completing responsive repairs and maintenance as per the specification, working in a timely and productive manner.
• Advising Supervisor in a timely manner when other trades are required.
• Working in partnership with other operatives to complete projects.
• Recording and submitting accurate data using relevant business systems electronic devices.
• Affording excellent customer service to client representatives.
• Comply with safeguarding policy and H&S standards at all times.
• Operating within the company’s occupational road risk policies and procedures.

A valid driving license is needed for this role with 6 or less points.
