We are seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator to join a busy manufacturing team in. The role will involve working with a variety of metals to produce high-quality fabricated components and assemblies, contributing directly to the delivery of first-class products for our clients.
Key Responsibilities-
Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Carry out MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding (depending on requirements).

Fabricate parts, structures, and assemblies using cutting, bending, and shaping techniques.

Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely and effectively.

Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets required tolerances and specifications.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.

Work to deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes.

Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Ability to weld to a high standard using MIG/TIG/Stick processes.

Strong fabrication skills, including cutting, grinding, drilling, and finishing.

Confident in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Knowledge of health and safety requirements in a workshop environment.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Keen eye for detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Forklift/overhead crane experience (desirable but not essential).
