TIG Welder
BE Recruitment are recruiting A Welder / Fabricator / for a sheet metal engineering company based in East Goscote, Leicester (LE7).
Preferably experience in TIG, Stainless & Aluminium.
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00 (Flexible) - Fixed shift.
Pay: up to 30 per hour. (Dependant on skill level)
Minimum Skills / Experience Required:
- Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experienced in TIG welding.
- Proficient in additional fabrication skills, including grinding and fettling, to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Comfortable working in a heavy engineering environment.
- Excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in small teams, meet deadlines, and communicate efficiently within the department and across the business.
- Positive can-do attitude.
