Our Client:-

Our client provide specialist design and manufacturing expertise for industrial products and processes. The products range from light to heavy duty and the company operates worldwide.

They are looking for a Mechanical Fitter to work within their experienced manufacturing team located in Leicester.

The Job Role:-

• Mechanical Assembly of small and large machinery, related tooling and fixtures

• Mechanical Assembly of bench top equipment used in quality control applications

• Calibration and Recalibrations of OEM products

• Building a variety of bespoke parts

• Use of hand, power tools and cranes

• Quality Inspection of parts to ensure correct assembly

The Candidate Skills Required:-

• Able to understand engineering drawings

• Minimum of 2 years Mechanical Fitting experience

• Ability to cope with varied builds

• Can work flexibly, on their own, or part of a team

• (Desirable) Has knowledge of CNC Machines, Panel Wiring, Lifting Equipment and Health & Safety practices

• Willingness to travel (occasionally)
