Sonic Summary

We are looking for an experienced Protection Advisor to join a successful team in Southend, offering a basic salary of £25,000 to £30,000.
The role provides excellent earning potential with an OTE ranging from £60,000 to £90,000 and includes a bespoke commission structure.
Candidates must have experience in a Protection Advisor position and hold CeMap or equivalent qualifications.
Key responsibilities include writing Protection Business, providing exceptional client service, and maintaining proactive customer contact.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships are essential for this role, which requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

We are seeking a Protection Advisor to join our client's growing and successful team in the Southend area. This role offers excellent earning potential with unlimited leads and provides the opportunity to write 15 - 20 cases per month

The successful Protection Advisor will be offered:

Basic Salary - £25,000 - £30,000
OTE - £60,000 - £90,000
Bespoke commission structure
Full admin support and leads

Protection Advisor requirements:

CeMap or Equivalent qualifications
Experience in a Protection adviser position
CAS Status
Able to build and forge strong relationships.
Strong communication skills..
Provide exceptional client service.
Strong negotiation and influencing.
Organised and effective time management.

Protection Advisor duties will include but will not be limited to:

Writing Protection Business
Provide the highest level of customer care at all times
Convert booked appointments into business
Contact customers for missed opportunities
Maintain proactive ongoing customer contact
Adhere to sales structure, advice quality and compliance guidance at all times
Achieve sales targets each month
