My client requires a Mortgage Protection Administrator to join their team based Leigh-On-Sea. This is hybrid role, once fully trained up you will be able to work from home and 2 days in the office.

Please note: my client operates a flexible working hours, school drops off locally, welcomed so if you need to come in slightly after 9am and leave 3ish but happy to make up hours or only to be charged the hours you work. This is a Monday to Friday, however if you needed to change days, hours etc… they would be happy to do so as agreed by the client and you! 

You will be paid £14.50ph, happy if you go through sole trader too.

Job purpose:

The role of Mortgage Protection Administrator will involve providing administration support to the sales team, case managing files accurately within prescribed time-scales and focusing on achieving excellent customer service at all times.

Duties

  • Progress mortgages through to legal completion and beyond.
  • Liaise with Mortgage Advisers to ensure appraisal on the progress of mortgage cases and resolving any queries arising.
  • Monitoring client emails, account management of repeat clients.
  • General office administration duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying and answering the telephone.
  • Working with advisors to ensure all activities meeting compliance and regulatory requirements.

Skills required:

  • Highly desirable; administration experience within a mortgage or financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer services skills.
  • Excellent computer skills including database set-up and maintenance, Microsoft office including excel and word.
  • Attention to detail and experience of working with prescribed systems and procedures.
  • Self-motivated and professional individual.
  • Finally you cannot buy Common sense – this is a given due to lots happening so great organisational skills is essential.
