About the Role
As an Experienced Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of buyers and sellers, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify applicants, matching them to suitable properties.
- Arrange and carry out viewings with prospective buyers.
- Negotiate offers and close deals in a professional, proactive manner.
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to ensure smooth sales progression.
- Provide regular feedback and updates to clients.
- Achieve and exceed personal and office sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities, including valuations and referrals.
- What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in residential property sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to close deals and hit targets.
- Excellent knowledge of the local property market.
- Confident, driven, and customer-focused.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
