Are you a skilled property professional with a proven track record in residential sales? We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving our sales success.

About the Role

As an Experienced Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of buyers and sellers, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register and qualify applicants, matching them to suitable properties.
  • Arrange and carry out viewings with prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals in a professional, proactive manner.
  • Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to ensure smooth sales progression.
  • Provide regular feedback and updates to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed personal and office sales targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities, including valuations and referrals.
  • What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in residential property sales.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals and hit targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of the local property market.
  • Confident, driven, and customer-focused.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
