Are you an experienced Sales Administrator and are used to working in a busy and fast paced sales office? Would you like to work for a very successful business and will be part of a strong positive team culture. There is a salary of £25,500 along with many benefits, an April start date would be ideal. A driving licence and car owner is essential.

The Role:

  • Receiving incoming calls and emails from customers and dealing with any enquiries
  • Entering of orders with strong attention to detail to ensure the orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Attend meetings with customers both offsite and onsite with the account managers
  • Providing support to the sales team by managing contract orders for key accounts, managing the critical path to ensure deadlines are met and liaising with the buying team to check on progress

  • Keeping on top of customer orders to ensure they are taking their deliveries
  • Contacting customers by email and phone to ensure they are up to date with current ranges and to push for sales
  • Monitoring the emails of other team members when they are away from the office

About You:

  • Must have good IT skills with proficient knowledge of Excel and good administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills – able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Possess an excellent and confident telephone manner
  • Acute attention detail and must be well organised
  • Must have the ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritising workload to meet deadlines
  • Well organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team and to be proactive in work
