HR Advisor

Leigh - site based

Full time and Permanent

Circa 35k

You will advise, coach and support the HR Business Partner and management teams with HR support for the operations teams.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Advise and coach managers on effective management of ER cases.
  • Manage attraction, recruitment and onboarding activity. Coach and support managers to attract and recruit the best talent.
  • Support with managing performance within teams.
  • Review and analyse KPI's, highlighting trends to the HRBP and management team.
  • Ensure all Payroll information is submitted accurately and timely.

We are looking for:

  • Solid experience gained working as a generalist, ideally within manufacturing environment or similar.
  • Experience with ER cases with the ability to demonstrate at interview.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards.
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
  • Good UK employment law knowledge.
