Are you an experienced Office Administrator with great accuracy, attention to detail .and competent with Excel. You will enjoy working in a fast paced and busy environment, working within a strong positive team culture. There is a starting salary of £25,500 with an increase after 6 months and many great benefits.

The Role:

·       Receiving incoming calls and emails from customers and dealing with enquiries, quotations and orders

·       Entering of orders with strong attention to detail to ensure the orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner

·       Ensuring out of stock backorders are despatched when they become available

·       Downloading and processing orders from client portals and uploading available stock

·       Adding new products to client portals when they are available

·       Updating the CRM as required

·       Completing new line forms for clients with product details

·       Processing return requests as required

·       Monitoring the emails of other team members when they are away from the office

About You:

·       Must have good IT skills with proficient knowledge of Excel and good administrative skills

·       Excellent communication skills – able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders

·       Acute attention to detail and must be well organised

·       Must have the ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritising workload to meet deadlines

·       Good written/ numerical and communication skills

·       Well organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team and to be proactive in work
