Are you an experienced Office Administrator with great accuracy, attention to detail .and competent with Excel. There is a starting salary of 拢25,500 with an increase after 6 months and many great benefits.
The Role:
路 Receiving incoming calls and emails from customers and dealing with enquiries, quotations and orders
路 Entering of orders with strong attention to detail to ensure the orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner
路 Ensuring out of stock backorders are despatched when they become available
路 Downloading and processing orders from client portals and uploading available stock
路 Adding new products to client portals when they are available
路 Updating the CRM as required
路 Completing new line forms for clients with product details
路 Processing return requests as required
路 Monitoring the emails of other team members when they are away from the office
About You:
路 Must have good IT skills with proficient knowledge of Excel and good administrative skills
路 Excellent communication skills - able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
路 Acute attention to detail and must be well organised
路 Must have the ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritising workload to meet deadlines
路 Good written/ numerical and communication skills
路 Well organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team and to be proactive in work
