NVQ Level 2 Dispensary Assistant Certification (Essential)

Are you a detail-oriented and patient-focused professional with a background in pharmacy dispensing? We are recruiting for a Dispensing Assistant to join our client, a leader in pharmacy distribution.
Key responsibilities:
- Labelling and dispensing homecare prescriptions for final accuracy checks.
- Maintaining accurate patient medication records.
- Supporting the dispensary’s smooth operation.
- Ensuring compliance with stock management, fridge temperature monitoring, and general dispensary standards.
- This is a full-time position with flexibility required to meet service needs, which may include urgent medical requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dispensary Assistant or similar role.
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads, and self-audit.
- A clear patient focus and willingness to take responsibility for actions.
- Knowledge of therapies related to homecare prescriptions is an advantage.Â
- NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services Skills (Dispensing).
