Treatment Room Nurse

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Treatment Room Nurse to work in a medium sized surgery, which has a good CQC report and is very ambitious for its future. The very experienced GP Partnership are looking for an experienced Treatment Room Nurse to join part of this close-knit, welcoming and friendly team that boasts minimal staff turnover.

The practice is ideally looking for someone that's relatively early in their career, with some experience as a Treatment Room Nurse (able to treat wounds, take bloods, vaccinations, etc.), that's looking to expand on their expertise, their skillset and work collaboratively within an open-minded surgery. The clinical and non-clinical teams are long-standing, compassionate and understand the needs of their patients. They are incredibly supportive, coherent, and forward-thinking.


Salary – £27,300 - £28,275 per annum + 5 weeks annual leave (excl. Bank Holidays) + Full indemnity + NHS Pension

Location – Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire

Your role –
• Treatment Room Nurse
• Part-time requirement – needs to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
• Focusing on treatment room duties – wound care, immunisations, bloods, women's health, travel vaccinations, etc.
• Face to face appointments
• 10-15 minute appointments
• No home visiting requirement
• No extended hours
• Flexible start and finish times
• Primary Care experience NOT essential

• Base salary of £27'300 - £28'000 per annum (full time equivalent)

• 1 week study leave
