As Head of Operations you will oversee all daily operational activities, ensuring cost-effective processes while maintaining excellence in manufacturing, supply chain, and quality control. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in driving business performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all operational departments in line with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Inspire and develop a team of three direct-report managers, building a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Enhance operations and production planning to meet company growth targets.
  • Drive efficiency across procurement, inventory management, and production scheduling.
  • Champion continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, labour and performance management with support from HR.
  • Ensure robust compliance with safety and quality standards across all areas.

To be a successful Head of Operations you will need to have:

  • 5+ years in operations leadership within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
  • A track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Strong project management skills and ERP system knowledge.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing best practices, quality assurance, and distribution.
  • Commitment to compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.
