We’re looking for a driven, articulate, and motivated Sales Executive to join a fast-paced, client-focused environment within a regulated financial services framework. You’ll be engaging with high-intent clients, building long-term trust-based relationships, and guiding them through one of their most important financial decisions. This is not a cold-calling role - it’s consultative sales with real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert a high volume of inbound enquiries into successful transactions
- Conduct structured consultations to assess client needs and present tailored solutions
- Build and manage a personal pipeline, consistently exceeding monthly KPIs
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards at all times
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end process
- Keep detailed and accurate records using CRM systems
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, telesales, or client-facing roles
- Clear, confident communicator with strong influencing skills
- High energy, target-driven mindset with a desire to exceed expectations
- Able to understand and communicate complex or high-value decisions
- Experience working in or around regulated sectors (e.g., property, insurance, finance) is desirable but not essential
- Professional presentation and strong time management skills
- FULL UK DRIVERS LICENCE WITH OWN CAR
