We are recruiting for an Industrial Night Cleaner for an immediate start to join our client who manufacturers building materials.As an Industrial Night Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety within the concrete production area. *Please note this is not a domestic cleaner role.*Shift & Pay Details:Salary: £16.42 per hourWorking Hours: Monday to Thursday 20:00 - 06:00 Location: Leighton BuzzardDuration: Temp to Perm Key Responsibilities:* Cleaning cement and debris from specialist machines that are used for manufacturing of concrete products.* You will need to use cleaning equipment to clean machines. * Work safely, following all health and safety guidelines, including proper lifting.* You will be required to ware full PPE including hard hat, safety boots and eye safety goggles.* Ensure the production machines and areas are cleaned reporting any issues.* Keep work areas clean and organised using 5S principles.* Adhere to environmental policies (ISO 14001) and ensure proper waste disposal.* Training will be provided for using equipment and other necessary tools to carry out the job. Qualifications & Skills:* Good timekeeping, attendance, and flexibility.* Self-motivated, with a team-focused attitude.* Basic numeracy and literacy skills.* Able to work independently or as part of a team.* Strong communication skills and awareness of health and safety.* Willingness to learn new tasks and undergo training for different machines.* You will need to be physically fit and able to perform manual tasksThe role is temporary ongoing with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.If you're ready to start your new career now, then please apply online and we will contact you directly or please send your CV over
