We are proud to have recently been awarded 2 AA Rosettes for our exception food and service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to join our team.

We are looking to bolster our friendly and welcoming front of house team and are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team in a vibrant restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the bar and restaurant, fostering a positive team atmosphere, and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on introducing new ideas and promotions.
  • Help develop training programmes for new staff members, focusing on hospitality practices.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain efficient operations.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar restaurant or hospitality setting is essential, with a focus on customer facing roles.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management and development.
  • Strong understanding of beverage ordering.
  • Ability to lead by example and upsell to our guests.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate others.
