We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Records Administrator based in Leighton Buzzard to join one of our clients on a part-time, ongoing temporary basis.

Summary of the Technical Records Administrator role 

Salary: £16 per hourLocation: Leighton Buzzard Type of Contract: Ongoing Temporary Hours: 30 hours across 5 days

Responsibilities of theTechnical Records Administrator

  • Ensure all technical documentation has been correctly drafted.
  • Ensure products have been packed and that shipment details have been passed onto the logistics team.
  • Assist in generating purchase orders.
  • Generate budget quotes, cost estimates and technical reports.
  • Ensure technical records are complete and closed out.
  • Scan and index records and maintain a consistent index model. 

Requirements for a successful Technical Records Administrator

  • Experience in a technical administrative role previously.
  • Technical Author background.
  • Strong Administrative skills with experience drafting complex and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency in Excel with all-around good IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skill,s both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills.
