We are actively recruiting for a Stock Administrator to join a Leighton Buzzard based company who are seeking new staff to join their growing, busy and thriving team!

Location: Leighton Buzzard.

Working Hours: 08:00am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch (unpaid) - 40 hour working week.

Contract Type: Temp to perm.

Duties:

  • Identify and source parts for customers, while ensuring first class customer service is provided.
  • Process estimates, manage orders, and track stock levels efficiently.
  • Handle incoming goods, maintain inventory, and keep stock up to date.
  • Work closely with customers, depots, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Keep documentation accurate and complete, following all company procedures.
  • Supporting with general customer service and office administration.

Skills Required:

  • Core background with warehouse admin, logistics and stock allocation.
  • Experience in a parts advisory role is a plus - but not essential!
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Great communication skills and IT proficiency.
  • Willing and able to accept a temp to perm role.
