As a Continuous Improvement Lead, you will identify areas of improvement within the organisations systems, processes, and procedures. This role is vital in helping our client stay competitive and achieve long-term success.

Key Responsibilities for Continuous Improvement Lead

Develop strategies and action plans to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall effectiveness

Assess processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement

Work closely with departmental leaders and employees to determine root causes, develop solutions, and empower teams to problem-solve

Lead change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and strong employee engagement

Support Operations and Projects departments in planning layouts and infrastructure for new machines and processes

Lead weekly performance meetings to analyse scrap rates and machine efficiency, collaborating across departments to implement solutions

Implement and manage KPIs to monitor performance and minimise waste


Key Skills and Experience required forContinuous Improvement Lead

Passion for change management and continuous improvement

Proven experience in reducing waste

Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Able to command respect and represent the company professionally

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
