We are currently recruiting for a Property Team Manager to work for a company in Leighton Buzzard. The working hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm. Our client currently offers one day a week working from home, which starts when probation has been passed.

We are looking for someone who already has some experience in a senior type / management role and property knowledge in relation to property sales and valuation.

  • Oversee the Property Consultants, driving the performance of the teams and resolving problems and issues as they arise.
  • The Team Manager will be the first point of contact for the teams in relation to training needs and will regularly meet with the team as required around ongoing performance, setting targets and training requirements.
  • Liaise with corporate clients to ensure we are proceeding in line with their Instructions and updating them on progress at key stages of the transaction.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Personal representatives.
  • The role will require a fantastic grasp and knowledge of property valuation and sales, with some experience of managing others.

  • Ability to manage others across various different teams.
  • Outstanding levels of client service.
  • Property valuation and sales knowledge.
  • Ability to assimilate information and to train this within the teams.
  • Accurate record keeping and note taking.
  • Active oversight of cases to provide both the PR’s and the client with the smoothest possible end to end service.
  • Achieving pre agreed business targets.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail.
  • IT literate with reasonable typing speed and Microsoft software knowledge (Excel and Word).
  • Customer care experience.
