Job Title: After Sales and Service Co-ordinator
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Contract Details: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
Salary: 32,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Maximise opportunities to enhance contract service agreements.
- Continuously improve systems and procedures to boost customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate daily service and repair visits for engineers.
- Process engineers' worksheets up to invoice approval stage.
- Generate and manage invoices and credits for all service functions.
- Ensure parts are sourced from the correct stock locations.
- Create quotations for repair work based on service engineers' reports.
- Assist with purchasing functions and booking travel for the service team.
- Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.
Essential skills:
- Proven experience in a customer service or after-sales role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Car owner with a full driving licence, with a willingness to travel occasionally.
