Quantity Surveyor - Construction (UK-Wide Projects)

40 Hours/Week | 7:30am-4:30pm

Are you a seasoned Quantity Surveyor ready to take ownership of high-value construction projects across the UK? This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing contractor with a strong pipeline of residential, commercial, and specialist sector work.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead cost management across multiple projects (250K-3M), ensuring financial accuracy and contractual compliance.
  • Implement and refine commercial systems and procedures, including PO and contract management.
  • Work closely with estimators, designers, and project managers to deliver value and drive savings.
  • Attend site visits (1-2 days/week) across the UK to value jobs and liaise with clients.
  • Manage JCT contracts, warranties, and pre-contract documentation.

What You'll Need

  • Proven hands-on experience as a Quantity Surveyor in mechanical or construction sectors.
  • Strong contractual knowledge, especially JCT contracts.
  • Ability to implement new systems and processes.
  • Comfortable working with drawings and collaborating with designers.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying preferred, but qualified by experience is welcome.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
