Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Care Manager to join our team at our residential care home in Leighton Buzzard. This permanent position is ideal for a Care Team Leader looking to advance their career or an existing Deputy Manager seeking a new opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Care Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the care home.
