We are actively recruiting for a Depot Coordinator to join a Leighton Buzzard based company who are seeking new staff to join their growing, busy and thriving team!
Location: Leighton Buzzard.
Working Hours: 08:30am to 17:30pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch (unpaid) - 40 hour working week.
Contract Type: Temp to perm.
Overview:
- As a Depot Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating operations and delivering excellent customer service, while adhering to client SLA's.
Your responsibilities will include, however, are not limited to:
- Planning and managing breakdowns and defects.
- Scheduling and coordinating follow-up work.
- Recording and updating events.
- Dispatching breakdowns and keeping customers informed.
- Completing a variety of essential business administration tasks.
- Providing client and customer support.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Technical Ability: Basic experience with Microsoft Word & Excel (training provided).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, and a strong team-player mindset.
- Customer Focused.
