We are actively recruiting for a Depot Coordinator to join a Leighton Buzzard based company who are seeking new staff to join their growing, busy and thriving team!

Location: Leighton Buzzard.

Working Hours: 08:30am to 17:30pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch (unpaid) - 40 hour working week.

Contract Type: Temp to perm.

Overview:

  • As a Depot Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating operations and delivering excellent customer service, while adhering to client SLA's.

Your responsibilities will include, however, are not limited to:

  • Planning and managing breakdowns and defects.
  • Scheduling and coordinating follow-up work.
  • Recording and updating events.
  • Dispatching breakdowns and keeping customers informed.
  • Completing a variety of essential business administration tasks.
  • Providing client and customer support.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Technical Ability: Basic experience with Microsoft Word & Excel (training provided).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, and a strong team-player mindset.
  • Customer Focused.
