Structural Steel Fabricator / Welder - Permanent Role - 16.14-18/hr
Are you a skilled MIG welder / fabricator looking for a permanent, full-time role with immediate start? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our client's team manufacturing structural steel and industrial buildings.
What You'll Do:
- Work from engineering and detailer drawings
- Mark and identify materials from FAB packs
- Fabricate, dress, and finish steel components to a high standard
- Problem-solve and ensure finished products meet specifications
- Safely operate workshop equipment such as bandsaws and drills
- Meet customer deadlines while maintaining quality
What We're Looking For:
- Competent MIG welder (weld test may be part of interview), Reliable, with good timekeeping, Able to read basic technical drawings and pay attention to detail, Experience using workshop machinery

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year MIG welding experience
- Fabrication experience - able to read drawings and use such tools like grinders, guillotines, cutting and bending machines etc
