We're recruiting for a Site Agent on behalf of a well-established Tier 2 civil engineering contractor delivering infrastructure and drainage projects across the East of England.
This role offers the chance to lead site delivery, manage teams and subcontractors, and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day civil engineering activities and site teams.
Manage budgets, resources, and programmes to meet project objectives.
Ensure compliance with CDM, H&S, environmental and quality standards.
Build strong client relationships and promote a positive safety culture.
Support and develop team members to maintain high performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience delivering civils, highways, or utilities projects.
SMSTS and IOSH essential; NRSWA or Temporary Works desirable.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence required.
