- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Oversee employee relations, providing advice and support to managers and employees
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programmes to support employee growth

Profile
A successful HR Manager should have:
- Proven experience in human resources management or a similar HRM/HRBP role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Ability to manage recruitment and employee relations effectively
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- A relevant HR qualification or certification is desirable
