This is a long-term opportunity for a skilled foreman with proven experience in deep drainage and heavy civils works, looking to contribute to a high-profile project from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site activities for deep drainage and associated civil works.
- Ensure works are delivered in line with project drawings, specifications, and health & safety requirements.
- Lead and motivate site operatives, ensuring productivity and quality targets are met.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and the project management team.
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate daily site records.
- Identify and address any technical or logistical issues promptly.
- Extensive background in civil engineering, with specialist knowledge in deep drainage.
- Previous experience in a Foreman or Supervisory role on large-scale civils projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of health & safety regulations and site best practices.
- CSCS card (essential), with SSSTS/SMSTS highly advantageous.
