A Junior Sous Chef is required for this beautiful award winning luxury country inn which is set in stunning surroundings in a gorgeous part of Herefordshire.

The restaurant creates a homely atmosphere, with cosy furnishings, exposed stone and brick and roaring fires, which guests can enjoy as they sit down to mouth-watering menus that are put together using stunning local and regional produce which is abundant in the surrounding area.

As Junior Sous Chef you will:

  • Ideally already have good experience in a high-quality kitchen
  • Be flexible to work on all sections as required and have the ability to train junior chefs on each section
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef and deputise for senior Chefs when required
  • Have good kitchen management skills and be committed to providing a high level of cuisine and service at all times
