We are working with a well-established manufacturing business to find a Production Support Coordinator on permanent full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with different teams, offering strong IT skills and excellent attention to detail.

What You Can Expect

  • Salary: £25,500 per annum, applicants with direct experience are encouraged to apply
  • Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

What You Will Be Doing

  • Helping production teams with product specifications and machine calculations (training provided)
  • Answering specification questions and providing support to operators
  • Working with scheduling and production managers to keep orders on track
  • Assisting with quality checks and helping solve production issues
  • Suggesting improvements to make processes safer and more efficient•
  • Keeping accurate records and sharing updates with the team

What We Are Looking For

  • Prior experience within a similar role across Production, quality or administration
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Organised and able to manage priorities effectively
  • Confident with across Microsoft 360 (Good Excel knowledge is a plus)
  • Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment
  • Keen to learn and support continuous improvement
