Duties will include:

Plan and coordinate site activitiesto ensure the project runs on time and within budget.
Manage subcontractors and labour, ensuring work is completed to the required standards.
Enforce health and safety regulationsand maintain compliance with all site policies.
Monitor progress and report regularlyto project stakeholders.
Oversee quality controland resolve any on-site issues or defects quickly.

Both CIS and Umbrella PAYE working.
