Customer Service Supervisorup to £38,000 per annumLetchworth Garden City8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday  An exciting opportunity has come in with one of our clients in Letchworth. As a Customer Service Supervisor you will manage the Customer Service team ensuring continuous high levels of service align with company targets. Alongside that it will include maintaining excellent ownership, ensuring optimisation of internal processes and making the best use of company resources to support operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise customer order processing, invoicing, and dispatch operations
  • Coordinate team activities to meet service targets and business objectives
  • Maintain accurate customer data, order records, and documentation in enterprise resource planning system
  • Manage backorders, and product traceability across systems
  • Handle invoice creation, corrections, credit/debit notes, and e-voucher processing
  • Communicate with sales reps, customers, and internal teams to resolve queries
  • Monitor service performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement work instructions, training plans, and feedback procedures
  • Support system enhancements and software testing in collaboration with Head Office teams
 Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar customer service or operations role, ideally within a customer service or order processing environment
