- Supervise customer order processing, invoicing, and dispatch operations
- Coordinate team activities to meet service targets and business objectives
- Maintain accurate customer data, order records, and documentation in enterprise resource planning system
- Manage backorders, and product traceability across systems
- Handle invoice creation, corrections, credit/debit notes, and e-voucher processing
- Communicate with sales reps, customers, and internal teams to resolve queries
- Monitor service performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement work instructions, training plans, and feedback procedures
- Support system enhancements and software testing in collaboration with Head Office teams
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar customer service or operations role, ideally within a customer service or order processing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and JDE software
- Strong order processing, invoicing, and customer service expertise
