We're recruiting a Chef de Partie for a Michelin Guide-recognised, multi-award-winning gastro pub with multiple rosettes in the East of England. Celebrated for its seasonal, ingredient-led dishes and welcoming atmosphere, this is an exciting opportunity for a chef who's passionate about flavour and keen to grow.
We're looking for a Chef De Partie who's eager to develop their palate, work with an inspiring team, and take part in experiences like supplier visits and foraging. Alongside excellent career development, you'll benefit from high tronc earnings and a supportive, professional kitchen. What We are Looking For:
- Proven track record as a Chef De Partie within a fresh-food, Gastro Pub or restaurant environment.
- Good longevity and commitment within previous roles.
- Organised in the kitchen with insight into administration.
