We are recruiting a Senior Sous Chef to join the brigade at our busy high-end gastro pub with rooms in Kent. Part of a well-established group, this site features a 2 Rosette-awarded restaurant, a large summer garden, and a reputation for delivering exceptional fresh, seasonal food.

Tronc (approx. £5k per year)

Support the Head Chef in leading and motivating the kitchen team
Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and consistency
Contribute to menu development and innovation using seasonal, fresh ingredients
Ensure all food hygiene, health & safety, and compliance standards are met
Oversee training and development of junior chefs
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality-driven kitchen
Experience working to Rosette/Michelin standards preferred
Strong leadership skills and the ability to run a busy service smoothly
A passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced food
