We are recruiting a Senior Sous Chef to join the brigade at our busy high-end gastro pub with rooms in Kent. Part of a well-established group, this site features a 2 Rosette-awarded restaurant, a large summer garden, and a reputation for delivering exceptional fresh, seasonal food.

About you:
  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality-driven kitchen
