Ready to accelerate your career?We are seeking either an accomplished Sales Executive ready for the next step up, or an experienced Business Manageror Transaction Manager looking for a fresh challenge, to support and grow a high-performing automotive sales team.

The Role

You will combine hands-on selling with leadership-driving your own sales performance while supporting, coaching, and motivating the sales team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed new and used vehicle sales targets and KPIs
  • Promote accessories, service plans, and value-added products
  • Present and explain finance & insurance packages confidently
  • Monitor dealership performance, analyse results, and implement improvement plans
  • Mentor sales executives to achieve their goals

About You

  • Proven automotive sales experience (minimum of 2 years)
  • Drive and ambition to exceed targets and KPIs
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and coaching skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and dealership CRM systems
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Hours

  • 43.25 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (alternate Sundays)
