Sonic Summary

This position is a 2-month contract requiring work from Monday to Friday, with hours from 08:45 to 17:00.
The role involves handling customer inquiries via telephone, social media, and letters, as well as logging comments, compliments, and complaints.
Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries related to various Council services, such as Council Tax, Housing, Waste, and Environmental Health, along with administrative tasks.
Candidates must have strong attention to detail, good computer skills, and excellent customer service abilities.
The job requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, and the salary is competitive based on experience.

Monday - Friday

Hours 0845-1700

Duties include:

Handling customer enquiries by telephone, social media, letter. Logging comments, compliments and complaints.

Responsible for resolving as many customer enquiries as possible about a variety of different Council services such as Council Tax, Housing, Waste, and Environmental Health. Administration tasks.

Must have strong attention to detail
