Salary:£43,000 per annum + Overtime Available
Location:Hertfordshire
Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable and rewarding role with a leading facilities maintenance provider? This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a large, well-maintained facility in Hertfordshire, where youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sites electrical systems.
Role Overview:
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across the facility. Working as part of an experienced team, you will carry out a range of electrical maintenance duties, ensuring compliance with industry standards and providing a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned and reactive electrical maintenance, ensuring the efficient operation of building systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults on electrical systems and equipment.
- Work closely with the on-site team to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and complete service reports.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including PPMs and reactive maintenance.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
