- Lead installation teams, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest level of engineering excellence to completion.
- Demonstrate electrotechnical, engineering and compliance capabilities through installation output and leadership in a number of scenarios.
- Ensure all paperwork and company property are kept in order to excellent condition.
- Provide support and on site training to apprentices, leading by example.
- Provide accurate and concise updates for project progress to customers and staff.
- Coordination of materials, liaising with wholesalers if any issues arise.
- Liaise with operations staff to ensure correct materials have been ordered for the upcoming jobs.
- Ensure smooth operations of site works by providing assistance to operations staff.
- Travel to site for project completion.
- Be a strong communicator with ability to lead by example and set high standards.
- Be organised and proficient in task and time management.
- Possess strong prioritisation skills.
- Offer support and guidance to engineers in relation to their installation works and progression.
- Provide feedback to operations staff of positive or constructive nature regarding the experience of delivering projects.
- Be a positive driving force for standards onsite.
- Be flexible in regards to travel requirements.
- Qualified Electrotechnical Engineer (apprenticeship or other training program)
- NVQ and AM2
- ECS Gold Card qualified
- Extensive electrical installation, maintenance and repair experience
- IPAF trained (preferred)
- EV charging installation, maintenance and repair experience (preferred)
- EUSR card holder (persons or CP trained – preferred)
