About the Role

We are looking for an excellent classroom practitioner with a passion for teaching and learning in Key Stage 2. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Year 3 class and play a key role in promoting positive learning experiences for all pupils.

Essential Experience

This role requires a teacher with proven experience working with high needs children, including those with:

  • SEND and EHCPs
  • Emotional or behavioural needs
  • Speech, language, or communication difficulties
  • Social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges

You should be confident in adapting teaching strategies, differentiating effectively, working closely with support staff, and creating an environment where every child feels safe, included, and able to succeed.
