IT Delivery Project Manager – Software & Integration ProjectsLocation: Letchworth (Hybrid with travel to suppliers) (1 days a week in office)Salary: £48,000 – £56,000 + up to 15% bonus + private healthcare + 33–38 days holidayOwn delivery for technology projects that make a real difference.This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on IT Delivery Project Manager to lead software and integration initiatives for a high-profile enterprise business with a national presence and international footprint. You’ll play a critical role in delivering digital transformation projects that support the wider business and customer journey.The company is investing heavily in its technology landscape—modernising systems, embedding smarter data strategies, and integrating key supplier and customer systems. You’ll join a well-established PMO and Transformation team, reporting into a senior Delivery leader, and work across both internal teams and external vendors.What you’ll be doing:
  • Taking end-to-end ownership of project delivery—from scope and business case to go-live and hypercare
  • Delivering software and system integration projects using structured governance models
  • Collaborating across teams, resolving dependencies, and managing risks proactively
  • Managing supplier deliverables and budgets against SoWs and agreed timelines
  • Championing project health through clear documentation, tracking, and reporting
  • Engaging key stakeholders and ensuring delivery stays aligned with organisational goals
What we’re looking for:You’ll be a confident, delivery-focused project manager who thrives in a structured, multi-stakeholder environment. This role suits someone with a solid background in technology projects—particularly software delivery and systems integration.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a technical project delivery role
  • Strong track record delivering software or infrastructure projects with third-party integrations
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, MS Project, and the wider Microsoft stack
  • Strong vendor management experience—able to own SoWs and delivery outputs
  • Confident communication style—comfortable working with both technical teams and business leaders
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, or similar qualification preferred
  • Full UK driving licence beneficial due to supplier and site travel
