Location: Letchworth

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours of Work: 38 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.15pm

We’re working with a growing business based in Letchworth who are seeking a passionate and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join their in-house team. This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on with varied and digital marketing projects across multiple brands and divisions – perfect for someone who loves content, design, and data-driven results.

Digital Marketing Executive – Details:

Digital Marketing Executive – Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, email
  • Develop engaging and creative content for websites, socials, email, and more
  • Manage and update the company website to ensure a smooth user experience
  • Own the content calendar – gather stories, spot opportunities, and bring the brand to life
  • Monitor and report on digital campaign performance, using insights to drive improvements
  • Implement SEO strategies and support email marketing campaigns (training provided if needed)
  • Create digital and print assets – brochures, leaflets, and rapid-turnaround visuals
  • Build strong relationships across teams to gather content and spot good news stories
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, competitor activity, and new ideas

Digital Marketing Executive – What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years in a digital marketing role
  • Confident content creator - written and visual - with strong copywriting skills
  • Exposure to design tools like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar)
  • Familiar with digital platforms – Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, WordPress, etc.
  • A creative thinker with strong attention to detail and pride in their work
  • Proactive, curious, and confident engaging with different departments
  • Organised and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
