gap construction are seeking a Social Value and Compliance Manager to work with a renowned main contractor who are known for their strong presence across numerous frameworks.

Performance Objectives
- To be the central point of contact in monitoring of KPIS and contractual duties for various frameworks.
- Monitoring and reporting on Framework KPIs, ensuring the businesses compliance.
- Prepare and co-ordinate reports on social value and benefits activity.
- Documenting findings and liaising with management to address any identified issues.
- Make sure companies and organisations operate in full compliance with legal regulations and industry-specific guidelines.
Person Specification
- You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to demonstrate ability to anticipate and solve problems as they present themselves on site
- Be well presented and professional
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients.
- Be highly self-motivated and have a positive can-do approach
