This position will be based at their head office in Letchworth Garden City and the successful candidate will be based at their office full time. Full training will be given to the right candidate, but a keen interest in IT is essential, along with a methodical and organised approach to work.

- Understanding the functionality of Time & Attendance (T&A) software
- Triaging support issues as they are reported
- Updating support tickets raised by customers
