Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Pay: £13.21 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 13 weeks temp to perm
Our long-standing client is seeking a reliable and hands-on General Operative to support operations at their busy planting nursery. This is a full-time, outdoor-based role with the opportunity to go permanent after a successful 13-week period.
Key Responsibilities:-
General site duties including tidying, lifting, and handling plants

Supporting potting, planting, and preparing nursery stock

Assisting with packing and loading orders for dispatch

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Helping with general upkeep and light maintenance tasks

Following health and safety guidelines at all times

Physically fit and happy to work outdoors in all weather

Hardworking, dependable, and a team player

Comfortable with manual work and repetitive tasks

Previous experience in horticulture, groundskeeping, or nursery work is a bonus but not essential

Monday to Friday – no weekends
