Architect / Architectural Technician

You will have the opportunity to work for an architectural practice that has an excellent reputation in the area as well as the opportunity to work on interesting and varied projects, including new build, refurbishment, listed buildings and change of use. They have a number of commercial and hospitality clients that provide them ongoing repeat work, which in turn provides employees with a financially secure employer!

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Architect or qualified Architectural Technician to work on within a busy architectural practice with excellent training and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in either Vectorworks, Revit or AutoCAD

• Work collaboratively as well as independently at times

• Communicate with all internal and external stakeholders

• Interpret briefs, work to deadlines and be adaptable whilst working to strict deadlines / budgets

• Dealing with clients, and a proactive team player with a collaborative mindset

• Manage and delivering projects from inception to completion

• Run projects and manage project teams

Requirements:

• ARB Registered Architect / MCIAT

• Project Management skills

• Live within a commutable distance of Lewes

• Good knowledge of all RIBA Stages, with extensive experience at RIBA Stage 4 and beyond

Remuneration:

• Competitive salary (38,000 - 50,000)

• Contributory Pension

• Two days working from home after probation
